Provided by YP.comI'm the one who wrote the other review about stingy food. Somehow I cannot update as my account got corrupted. I feel that I owe Hokkaido a new review. I have been going to this restaurant every week for months and the food supply is now excellent. It seems that management has corrected their previous imperfection. This place is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Southern Illinois, and best Chinese buffet in the metro St Louis. Highly recommended.
