Absolutely terrible customer service. After speaking with their filter "expert" I ordered an O-ring for my DE filter. Its worth mentioning this part was ordered based on said expert eyeballing the general model of my filter and failing to get any particulars. So when it came, of course it was the completely wrong part.

I then made the mistake of purchasing an Aquabot vacuum from them, only the model wasn't in the store. I was promised this was no problem, and someone would zip by the distributor (located in East Providence) to get it before Monday. Well its Monday and they completely blew me off. Do yourself a favor and find another pool store- these guys just don't care.

First the bad, then the good.

Had our pool installed today by fun in the sun. My husband went over the details with them, their worker drew a blue line in the grass to show my husband how close to the deck the pool would be. (we had a pool before 18ft, now got 24ft, we had cut the deck to accommodate the shape difference). They both agreed that the pool would easily fit into our existing shape we had. And yes of course my husband signed their contract at this point after verbally agreeing that it could fit the space we wanted. Their contract does have wording that they cannot always accommodate existing decks. Their worker told him ours would be fine. So the workers dig out the hole, set up the pool over a foot away from deck and most certainly not where the line was drawn. When questioned as to why the pool was not where they said it would be we were told "the contract says we cannot accommodate existing decks". What the contract should say is "despite what we verbally tell you, once you sign this contract you have to pay us and we don't have to put much effort forth to place the pool where we said we could." Also they left behind a mess of sand in my neighbors yard which they said they would clean up, and they did not.

The positive, all the workers were very hard working, polite and courteous. They called me before coming as they said they would. They worked in very hot conditions so I can understand their eagerness to be done soon.

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a pump and filter from Cut Price recently, the pump never was able to get pressure. I called and called to see if they could help me, they NEVER answer the phone!!!! I drove there to walk into an empty showroom... no customers??? Then why don't you answer the phone??? I spoke with someone about my pump and he told me to try shortening up the line and maybe the pressure would rise due to the pump is gravity feed. Drove back home did what he suggested and of course that didn't make the pump's pressure work. Tried calling again and again still no answer. Heading back up there now to just waste my time I bet. This isn't the first complaint I have had with this placebut it is going to be the last.
