Made an appt for 10 am on 12/23 weeks ahead because that was the only time I knew I could get my nails done only to go in and the nail tech I had appt with Sophia had double booked because she “forgot” and wanted me to come back in an hour and half which wasn’t happening so I wont be going back there big loss for them as I went every 2 weeks and she was about to do a childs nails who I would bet is only going once. I need a place that has competent people who schedule correctly and no it is not the first time for issues here so done with them I d give a no star review if I could

I caught a toe fungus on my big toe from a pedicure. It got so bad I had to have surgery to remove my nail. Now that the nail is growing back it is coming in ingrown (never had issues before). I might need surgery AGAIN to fix this issue. I have had alot of pain because this salon didn't sterlize their instruments. Not to mention the money and agravation its cost me. They just keep then in a case that goes from person to person. I will never step foot in that salon again.
