This is the worst company do deal with! There is no communication at all. The woman at the desk has no clue so she has to call you back but never does! They had my boat for 4 months and never fixed it! I finally got ahold of them and they said they just didn't have time to work on it. They were to busy and i could just come get it. So i did. After getting the boat home i uncovered it to winterize it and its worse than it was when i took it there! They left the engine tore apart (I guess from when they attempted to fix it). I wouldn't take my kids bicycle to these guys! Stick to a reputable place like Bill's or Deep creek marina!
