This was the first collection agency I have experienced to actually be professional and very respectful. I was laid off work unexpectedly while my wife was working part-time. They allowed me to set a payment plan and were so nice during this strenuous time in my life.

Representatives are extremely rude and threatening. I would be ashamed if my employee's talked to people like their representatives spoke to me.
