I called at 6:12 am, I had to be at work at 7:15am. At 7:05 am I called to ask where my driver was and I was informed that they would be there shortly, the driver finally showed up at 7:53am and was rude due to the fact I was paying with a card, went the wrong way even with using a GPS, and I didnt get to work untill 8:10am.
