Provided by YP.comJohn came out on a Saturday and within minutes identified a problem with our air conditioner. He made a adjustment and the problem was fixed. I would definitely call this company again. John's expertise is most appreciated: thank you! I would call this company again, for other work (heater, air conditioner, hot water heater, etc.).

Provided by YP.comI called on a holiday weekend and John came out, pretty late in the day, and actually got my refrigerator up and running. He explained what was wrong, was optimistic about the parts needed being available and even left me with his own thermostat so I would be able to keep an eye on the temp and know it was okay. Called that Monday saying parts were ordered and I would receive a call when they arrived. I did. Chris came out to make the repairs and a 15 year old refrigerator is working like new. The service was exemplary, the issue was identified easily, they were neat and cleaned up after themselves. I truly could not be happier with this company. Fingers crossed nothing else breaks for a while but if it does, I’ll be reaching out to Long Lane. Great job and great customer service!!!

Provided by YP.comComplete SCHEISTERS!! Left us with brown water from hot water heater and tried to tack on exorbitant and unnecessary repair fees. Unfortunately HSA (Home Warranty) believes these guys met some criteria, I say guard your wallet and run fast!!

if you want a company that cares about customers I cannot say enough good things about Longlane
They are a very efficient business. After being left in cold by 2 other companies my warranty co finally sent them and through their persistence with 2-10 warranty co they had a new heater and AC installed for me and it was done even through Christmas Eve They are knowledgeable and polite and best of all they clean up after themselves you will not be disappointed

Provided by YP.comAny one looking for a great appliance contractor, look NO further. I needed service for my stackable washer/dryer. The service tech, John, was fantastic!!! Unfortunately, my washer/dryer 'decided' to work when he arrived, but I wanted him to check it out anyway. He was very helpful. When asked 'did this contractor also service stoves', he said yes, they repair all appliances. He was able to service both my stove and dishwasher which both had issues.
I would HIGHLY recommend Long Lane Home Services. I already to my son about them!!! Very dependable!

A truly hard working gentleman came out and installed a brand new sink and fixed up our plumbing issues. The time, effort, and research he put into making sure we were fully satisfied is second to none. Thank you! I highly recommend this company for those people that are looking for anything done in their households!

Provided by YP.comlong lane came out through HSA warranty to fix a clog in our sewer line. they came out and could not fix it. they broke our sewer clean out cap to try to snake the drain. they used a 110 foot snake and they did not find the stoppage and could not fix. this cost $200 to break the cap in addition to the $100 deductible for the HSA warranty. they advised our line would need to be hydro jetted, but they could not do that. that must be the reason they don't advertise plumbing on there website, because they are not equip to fix the problem. we did not choose this company, the HSA warranty sent them out. long lane then had to call HSA to tell them they couldn't fix and needed a different company to come out. long lane advised they told HSA this was an emergency, but HSA did not have this as an emergency and Long Lane had no record of who they spoke with. i am now on day 4 without being able to use any of our plumbing. i would not recommend their services to anyone.

Provided by YP.comThis past week I called Long Lane due to a problem with my refrigerator. I called after 4:30 pm never expecting anyone to come out that day. I was wrong, within a half hour a very nice man, John, was at my door. He was extremely helpful and within a very short time had discovered the problem. He explained what was wrong in a very clear manner which I truly appreciated. I would not hesitate to call long Lane in the future for service or purchases .. it was evident to me that this company can be relied on for fast and courteous help. Many thanks! Provided by YP.comI have used these guys twice and have been very happy with the results. First, I was having issues with my central air conditioning. I contacted one company who literally told me they had no idea what the issue was. I then contacted Campbell Comfort who told me that I needed an entirely new system (even though my system was brand new). I contacted Long Lane who figured out the problem in about 15 minutes and it was up and running immediately. So, needless to say I contacted them when my heater was not functioning and again it was fixed expediently and was very reasonably priced and courteous service. Thank you Long Lane!

Provided by YP.comHATED IT. I have never got such bad service in my entire life. First the service guys came in to look at a water damage, stayed in for 7 minutes, told me I had a frozen pipe which Home Warranty doesn't cover but didn't even locate it because they were in a rush to get the $100 and leave. When I panicked about the water damage not being fixed and called the company, I got to speak with Bill, who apparently is the owner of Long Lane or at least in charge of "customer service". Instead of listening to me, he was arrogant, hostile and verbally aggressive, not only towards me but also the plumber I had called in. Later I emailed to complain, but never got a reply. This guy shouldn't be in service business, and that's why his company isn't helping people, just making it worse. I hope his arrogant style eventually leaves him without any customers.

Provided by YP.comgarbage. This place charged me 129.00 for routine service call (yearly cleaning) for my heater, AND THEN CHARGED ME PARTS AND LABOR ON TOP OF THE SERVICE FEE. It cost me $300 for a simple heater cleaning. When compared to other places, it should have been about 150. I have never heard of not applying the service call charge to the cost as stated in the previous review. It also does not state this policy anywhere on their website. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THE PRICE IS RIDICULOUS.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE THIS APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY!!! They overcharge me for labor big time. There is an $89 service charge to diagnose the problem, BUT, if you agree to have them fix it they refuse to apply the $89 to the labor charge. SO for a 15 minute repait I paid $254 in labor charges, and then another $184 for the part. EVERY OTHER APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY CREDITS THE CUSTOMER WITH THE SERVICE FEE IF YOU HAVE THEM REPAIR THE PROBLEM. BUT NOT THIS COMPANY!! AND, THEY CHARGE A MINIMUM OF ONE HOUR LABOR EVEN IF THE JOB TAKES 5 MINUTES!!!
