Rooms are not as nice as in Any of the pics! No couches, the rooms stink, the knobs on the a/c was broken. The comforter smelled like it hadn't never been washed

This was the worse hotel stay EVER... The first room they put my 2 kids and myself in smelled of cat waste. After I was in the room 30 mins my son (3) was having an allergic reaction to the room. He eyes started swelling and nose running. I went to the office (this man was very nice) and told them that apparently pets have been it the room. I was told they allow any pet of all kinds in every room, which I was told different prior at check in by the owner. The owner even quoted to me "you have no pets" I said no that my son can't be around them. The nice man after me going to the office and requesting a change of rooms did change my room, which did not smell as bad but regret to said my son had to go on medication due to this. The bar and grill is not in operation neither is the in door pool. rooms have in alarm clock, hair drier, and only a 4 cup coffee pot. Oh and make sure you take flip flops or slippers of some sort here to this hotel because your socks will be black in no time on the carpet. There was mildew/mold in the bathrooms. My daughter and my sinuses was hurting my morning. We could not go to a different hotel as this on would only refund cancellation 2 days in advance.
