They need to update their website - I ordered flowers by cutoff for same day delivery, and 48 hours later order not delivered (confirmation said same day delivery but they weren't even open on Saturday). Had no flowers even approaching the look of the bouquet I ordered. Were not interested in helping make this right - superficial apology, but really unconcerned about fact order hadn't gone through

I Ordered online from this place the other day (no one answered the phone during business hours). I bought a $95 basket of godiva chocolate and a bouquet. They didn't have the chocolate so he called me and asked if they could switch it out for "their"chocolates. Which is fine but the man never offered a refund on the $95 basket or subtract the difference in value. Sounds a lot like a bait and switch to me. So I told him I wanted a refund on the chocolate. He said he would have to cancel the whole order and I would have to redorder, so I did. Well this guy still sent out both bouquets of flowers and their box of chocolates. Then refused to refund me on the flowers he was suppose to cancel. He told me I should have called rather than go online to order (maybe if you would have answered the phone). Apparently the one order I sent online was given to him as 2 orders. He insinuated I was lying and sent 2 separate orders, This guy is greedy and deceitful.
