We recently brought our 2016 Honda CRV in for an alignment went for test drive they seen it was clearly pulling to the right they aligned it when I left it was clearly pulling to the right two days later I brought it back explain the situation to the woman at the desk apparently she is the owner immediately defensive saying the numbers are in the green wanted no part of standing behind the alignment I told her I didn’t want to argue the car is dangerously pulling to the right she’s making faces acting unprofessional and flat out annoying she agreed to have one of the guys take Car for test drive while making faces after an hour they handed me the keys said there’s nothing wrong with it saying must’have been the road it’s this it’s that we’re driving the car we have to hold the wheel from pulling to the right they did not stand behind their job and again totally unprofessional I would never bring a car there After this happened I spoke to people about ninth Street tires they flat out said they would never bring their car there either I will say the guys in the shop were very nice however the woman running the place is a bitch also the guy that Originally took the car in for the alignment seemed nice the first day he also was pissy the second time there and just wanted to car out of the shop the second time around two days off of work do your research before bringing your car to this hellhole PSI’m 55 years old and I’ve never reviewed a company before in my life that’s how bad this place was do your own research
