Before I sought out NUCCA care, I have had chiropractic treatments since early adulthood and experienced good relief. But I was having pain, stiffness, and restriction in the range of motion of my neck and upper shoulder areas. As a professional, my 40+ hours per week office job further aggravated the discomfort. Now, approximately four months after intiating care at 1st Step Chiropractic, I have seen a significant improvement in my neck, head and shoulder stiffness and discomfort. My range of motion has improved as well. If I aggravate discomfort in this area, the stiffness improves in 24 to 36 hours. With some additional exercising, my level of comfort allows me to experience a greater level of life.
