My stay was 12/24/16-12/26/16, I had to cancel due to funding, I called on 12/20/16 and cancelled. I was still charged !!! I called Expedia on 12/27/16, Expedia called the Motel, then Expedia said I should have called Expedia and took the Motels' side knowing I cancelled !!! I called the Motel, the motel Manager/Owner confirmed I cancelled and shifted the charge back to Expedia !!! No one wants to take responsibility for Expedias' and the Motel 6 blatant rip off scheme. I have filed with several agencies and have several more to file with, someone will credit me the money back which was falsely taken. Thanks- Angela V
