Provided by YP.comCarroll Counseling Center's Attention and Learning Disorders Clinic provided my child with hope for a different life. That goes for the whole family. We have seen his behavior improve and are especially excited about the improvement in his grades. The testing, outcome and care are what you would expect from a clinic in a large city, but they are right here in Carroll County.
