I would give them negative start if possible.
They are always pulling some underhanded scheme to get more money from thier customers. I cancelled my service, so half a week later they sent another delivery while i was at work and are trying to bill me almost $4 a gallon, when i was scheduled with another company for the delivery (@$2 a gallon - market rate). Now i have to fight thier billing department and delivery managers to resolve this problem - this is all after i CANCELLED my account! 2 months later they still have not straightened out my bill, now they are slapping late fees because they have not revised the bill to a lower agreed rate. Totally underhanded practices. Lock Your Tank!
