When your children's doctor decides to grow his practice at the expense of his quality of service, It is indeed

a sad day. The front office staff always made the most minor service seem like a major pain.So, Dr. Gonzalez's front office was never congenial but once you made it past the cranky people at the front, everything was great.

Now, the practice has deteriorated so much that I had to change primary care physicians for my children. In attempting to expand the practice, medical follow through and sincere concern have been lost.



After changing to a new physician, I received a voice mail saying that there would be a $3,00 charge for the

transfer of his most recent physical record. If I wanted all of his records transfered, there would be a $15.00

charge. I called the office and offered to pay as we spoke. I believe in paying for services received. They said that they would not take plastic over the phone. So I would have to drive to their office or mail them a check. It's funny, but I don't remember them calling my house to check on my children's condition following a visit to their office in recent memory. Also (tin he latest adjustment in bed side manner), the people at the front desk will not say hello, but they will say "do you have your copay" before you can finish signing in for your appointment.
