Great place to do business with. They understand "Customer Service". Refrigerator died day before (Tuesday) big snowstorm was coming in. Went to the "Orange Big Box" store and the best they could do was possibly deliver on Friday, more likely Saturday. Was going to go to check out the "Blue Big Box" when someone recommended Harpers. Not only was it delivered and setup by noon on Wednesday, but the price was much lower than the "Orange Box" store. The guy working that day was great to deal with an he gave us credit for their on-line coupon for free delivery & haul away of old unit. Will definitely go to Harpers the next time we need any appliances.

I purchased a dishwasher and dryer. The dishwasher came without a silverware basket and after numerous calls over a period of a month, they finally told me I could come to the store and pick up a basket that they thought "would fit."



They appear not to want your business. The whole experience was less than satisfying!
