I had two tax records to turn in within fifteen days prior to the day of court. I wasn't aware of this until the day of court. And it takes up to 75 days for IRS to response. And the attorney that represent me didn't tell or ask the judge for more time because the length of time the IRS would response. Now I might have to appeal...
