Charter Communications has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have spent the last 6 month attempting to get them to acknowledge a payment and been flat out harassed by threats to terminate my service and lied to by employees claiming to have corrected the issue. I was informed that I would not receive anymore termination notices after driving over an hour to speak to someone in person at the Smyrna location. The woman acted very polite (a first for a Charter employee) and claimed to have set a PtP on the account that would ensure that no more termination calls would be made before the Friday after Christmas. However, the following Monday I was awoken to yet another call and yet another threat to have my service terminated.



If Charter is the only option for cable in your area, get satellite or do with out. Both are better than wasting your time and money on this evil company.

I have had the worst customer service with this company. Many missed appointments with no concern from employees or management. It seems to me they could care less whether your happy or not. They had many chances with me. I am currently with another company and could not be happier.
