Place doesn't care. Alignment is so cheap cause they take 3 hours to do nothing. Ladies in the office are nice though.

Did a awsome job on my 08 jk that installed a old man emu 4inch kit five 35s and 5 wheels and thay stayed late to finish my truck for me so I would have it the next day thay have the best prices if you don't believe me give them call and let them. price you a quote today I visited them for the second time I broke my rear end in my jeep he replaced it for $500 less then any one else he got the truck in and out today so go check them out I highly recommend them

Phillip's has outstanding customer service. They did a great job on the lift kit on the Jeep. Friendly, knowledgable, and affordable.

People usually only write reviews to bash service - I'm here to praise service. Phillips is by far the best offroad shop in Central Alabama. A family owned and operated shop that deals honestly and backs up what they sell is impossible to find. Their work is top notch and their dedication is unparalleled. I have two Jeeps that have had extensive customization performed by Phillips. I'm a savvy shopper - I know what I want and how much it should cost. Most of the time they come in lower than I estimated. I come in with a list and budget and their knowledgeable staff helps me design my build. They easily have over $10,000 of my money and I'll keep giving it to them. I let no one else touch my vehicles other than Phillips.

Phillips is a great place to have your car serviced. A great family business that takes pride in hard work. I've had wheel bearing assembly replaced and they were fast, right, and the best price in town. The guy up front with the beard is also a great Christian guy, and plays music at his church in town. I appreciate good community people like them.

The absolute worst shop in the area. How in the hell the stay in business is a question for the ages. Very unorganized and pitiful customer service. I would rather pay a bum off the street to do work for me next time

I have had the WORST experience with Phillip's Offroad! I ordered a set of rims at the beginning of October for my son's 16th birthday. I told them CLEARLY what day I needed them and wanted them to put them on his Jeep so we could give it to him with new rims and a new top at his party. The day they were supposed to be put on they said " I'm so sorry but they are not here. We forgot to order them.'' I was mad but dealt with it because things happen. Now, 4 trips and 6 months later we STILL do not have center caps. They have supposedly been ordered 3 different times and scheduled an appointment today to have them put on. After my son sat at their shop for almost 2 hours they let him know that they sold his center caps to someone else!!! The only explanation I received was ''what do you want me to do about it?'' REALLY!?!?!?

I would not recommend using this place to change the tire on a bicycle!!! I know of 2 other people who have had terrible experiences at this place and to me this is NEED TO KNOW information.
