for this office my husband went there and got somce glasses and that wa fine but a year later i needed some so we went back cause they help my husband out really well last time but when i went in it was the wrost experience. The doctor themselves were great and helpful but the ladies who work in the from and handle the ordering of the glasses were really bad and rude. I ordered my glasses and everything was good so far and the lady said 3 weeks So on the fourth week I called and asked about my glasses and one lady said "oh I cant find them" and later told me that the orginal lady who helped me pick them out never ordered them. So she said that she will call me back. A week went by and nothing. I called and the girl was rude and asked for my name and just passed it to another lady and that lady said oh well we did order them and they should be here in 2 days cause we asked the shipping place to send them overnight 2 day. So I was like cool in 2-3 days I should get them. Well NO i didnt its been another week and now its monday and I get a call and she says oh we called them and they should be here thursday. So now its been a more than a month and I still havent received my glasses.
