Very satisfied with the the customer service i received from the office staff and my tech Anthony.

Not good too aggressive and put down other company's and way too expensive.

Aggressive knocking on doors, don't carry badges, rude and dismissive. Knocked and rang doorbell over and over at 8:50 pm while family was asleep on school and work night. Called company headquarters and they said it was their policy to knock until 9 pm and that their shirts with a logo are enough id to solicit. They returned during the day two weeks later and were rude again.



Would you want to do business with a group that behaves this way? Mike the service

manager defended the practice saying 9 pm is not too late. It was dark, lights off, do you want strangers coming then?

Wonderful and professional service every time! My typical technician, Anthony, is always polite and sincere about any of my bug issues when he is here. I had a different technician this month, but didn't catch his name. He was also very professional and did great work!

Usually I don't write reviews, but this time I'm making a exception. Not only is the service great but I'm living a ant and spider free life. And a quick shout out to Anthony my tech thanks for all you do.

My wife and I were are very happy with not only our tech Anthony but also our service. Our tech got rid of the ants and earwigs that were infesting my daughter's room.

Very pleased! Our technician was very friendly and professional! Couldn't have received a more thorough job!

Service was great! I had a couple service guys doing my home. We had a bad issue with ants and some spider webs. They got rid of everything and we are very happy! The service guys were very informative and even pointed out a few areas with problems I didn't realize I had.
