Terrible Customer service. Placed a service call on Tuesday, letting them know my companies Ice machine was having a problem with Thermostat and not producing Ice they said we can get somebody out there the following day, asked for credit card info, then come to find out Friday rolls around and still nobody out to repair. I called and finally got someone and she stated that they were very busy and can get somebody out next week. I never received a call letting me know they were very busy and was only told that when i called multiple times till i got somebody on the phone. If you need service this is not the company to use, since they are not dependable!!
