Very UNHAPPY with this company. I paid for an order then received continued product (not ordered) at double the invoice. I sent back all product received 2 months ago and have not received a refund yet. Don't do business with them. HORRIBLE company to deal with.

This company takes pure advantage of small business. They scammed me with a trail box and refuse to stop sending packages. I have told them to close my account and do not send me anything. They refuse to except a return without still wanting payment. My balance is paid if full and they say I still owe. I don't get any straight answers from costumer service. This is an ongoing battle and it's disgusting how this company does business.

This company is a scam. Save your self the headache! First they have someone from a different state call and trick you into signing up. After saying yes I searched for reviews online and saw all the horror stories. I quickly called back and left a message with the rep who called that I wanted to cancel unless they could put in writing that it wasn't a scam. She faxed me a print out with her chicken scratch hand writing on it and no guarantee-just a list of what I would receive. I tried to get a hold of the company through their email link on their cheesey website, every phone number that called me (which all were scams to different companies). The first rep finally called me back and I told her we wanted to cancel. She said ok-no problem. THEY SENT THE BOX ANYWAY! We refused the fed ex delivery and then they SENT A BILL ANYWAY. We called the number on the bill to dispute it and got mega attitude from the lady on the phone. We told her after the hundreds of bad reviews we read, we weren't interested and were not paying a bill for a box we refused. We even called Fed Ex to track the package just to make sure it got back to them. The worst part- they called yet again JUST TO TELL US that they Google searched our company and we have "seven bad reviews- so it's normal to have bad reviews". I was so annoyed with the rudeness of this man and conversation! What poor customer service- but not a surprise for such a shady scam! I'm sure we haven't heard the last of it!

I am surprised to see that some people have had issues that were not resolved with Kleritec. My cousin works for them and has for years. He should be able to help you out...ask for Shane his number is 818-493-6380. He gave me some of their arts and crafts products last year and they were great.

I just placed another order from Kleritec last week and was asked if I would take the time to go to the web-site and comment on my experience with them. I have been doing business on a regular basis with Kleritec, ordering all of my kids supplies. I have found them to have good products at a decent price. I really like the idea that they deliver to my door and give me time to pay my bill. I have never had a problem with them or their service. In fact, I have told my two friends who also have a day care and I think they are currently buying from them on a regular basis. My kids are looking forward to receiving the new gem stones and chenille stems.

There is nothing "CLEAR" in dealing with Kleritec. This company will wast hours of your life that you will never get back. This company will send product to you repeatedly, years after you actually ordered anything and lie to you over the phone. They will not communicate clearly, accept any returns and are by far among the WORST experiences I have ever had as a business owner. They have wasted countless hours of my time and lack integrity in a way you will not be prepared for. You will wish it was worth your time and money to take them to court, because they should be held accountable. Just search them on the web and you will see COUNTLESS reports like this one. You only take the time to post these reviews if you are in love with a business or DESPERATE for someone to hear you.

This Business Kleritec also DBA United Business Supply has 52 complaints from the BBB of CA in the past year alone! Their rating with the BBB is an F. Please google this business and you will find many complaint sites about them. I have had the most difficult time with the company on so many levels. They repeatedly send orders that have not been preordered and then bill you for them. They will not send RMA authorizations for returning the items and are very rude and condescending when questioning them about invoices and orders. Their prime salesman Carl talks in circles and does not let you get a word in edgewise. This man calls and will not take no for an answer. This company is a SCAM-please do not use them especially schools and healthcare businesses that are not for profit as you will get a huge bill for minimal sample items and the boxes will keep coming and an invoice to follow about every 3-6 months like a bad rash that just keeps coming back!

With the limited funds I had to work with, the staff at Kleritec managed to get me everything I needed and more. They had ideas and solutions I had never thought of. Their customer service department was exceptional. I've already recommended them to others, and they've expressed the same complete satisfaction. These guys are the best!
