I wouldn't even give one star!!! The vet paralyzed my dog and was cold as ice about it and wouldn't even give me an explanation!!! My dog was limping in his hind leg; I took him in and the Vet said she would do x-rays and blood work and had a tech pick him up and carry him to the back. While waiting in the exam room I heard a dog crying and basically screaming (never thinking this was MY dog)! When the vet came back in; I asked her if that was my dog and responded yes - that he had gone to the bathroom and started screaming! She then said he had inflammation due to arthritis and said I should pay while my dog was being cleaned up. I was in shock - my dog had never cried, screamed, etc.; and from going to the bathroom? This didn't make sense to me! The tech carried my dog out - put him in my car and when I got home - my dog who only had a limp in his hind leg; couldn't use EITHER hind legs now! The vet did recommend I take him to the hospital but when I asked why; she wouldn't give me a reason. He died a week and one day later! In our opinion - she murdered him! I have called her numerous times to ask what really happened and for a refund and she refuses. She said she tapes the back room = however, the tape was taped over the day my dog was back there - VERY CONVENIENT!

We have taken 3 cats and 3 dogs to Roxford Veterinary over the last 10 years and are very pleased with the care and treatment we and our pets have received. From first visits to necessary end-of-life visits, Dr. Long and the rest of the staff have been great.



And the Tuesday evening discount shots clinics are a bargain and a great convenience.
