Yolanda and her groomers have been great with our little rescue dog. He was anxious, and I was anxious about getting him groomed, but they were very caring and did a great job. I have learned some important things from Yolanda and her groomers. I have been using them for two years, once a month. I understand how the person who wrote the protective review previously could have viewed that situation. Obviously the groomer might have explained the fan situation better. But overall, my anxious little rescue dog actually likes his groomers, and that probably says more than any human review.

This is in reply to the negative comment. Grooming vans have an Air conditioning/fan venting system that remains on, even when the engine is off. This is required so we can groom pets through out the day. It is unheard of that we would EVER put a pet in danger! We are a very responsible and mindful company with a wonderful reputation in our community. We are animal activists and participate in regular Humane Society events volunteering our services. This woman, who I am sure meant well, did not take the time to listen to what was being said to her about our van. She had the idea that there was a problem and became hostile with us verses hearing our explanation. Even more than our business Pets are deeply important to us, we care for, love, and have a great affinity for all Animals of the earth!
