I have done business with this companies Sylva location every since they opened. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the business. Recently my wife took 2 new skirts to have the split sown and instead of sowing the split, they cut the skirts. I called and spoke with Jeff Wang the owner and he would not take responsibility fir the mistake. He blamed it on his clerk that works the desk. I have a copy of the repair ticket showing the instructions, but that dies not matter to Jeff. I tried multiple times to get him to reimburse us for the skirts, he refuses.
It seems as though his customer service has declined a lot in recent months. We are getting clothes back that doesn't even appear to have been cleaned. He doesn't seem to care about the customer. In my attempt to call him, he hung up on me twice. WE WILL NEVER USE HIS CLEANERS AGAIN!!!
