This is a great place.. When My dog was dieng of stage 4 heartworms the staff and doctors comforted me.

I don't know if the vet is as great as the previous review states or not. I just got off of the phone with the office staff/receptionist and you talk about a total COW!!! I cannot believe how I was talked to and the just plain ugliness that came out of her mouth. SHAME ON YOU!!! I really hope that in the grand scheme of things that this message gets out to people and they go to the other vets in Sylva (which by the way helped me with my prescription problem without the horrible attitude). I will visit other sites and put my negative experience out there.

Dr. Potter is a great vet. I have 7 animals and he takes care of all of them. He understands what it means to really love your animals and want the best care for them while staying within your budget. And the his staff is the Greatest. They are friendly and helpful and they take good care of your babies.
