Used Rick's years ago and wasn't impressed then. Bought my husband a gift certificate a few years later, still wasn't impressed. I took my car the other day and had to point out to the guy several areas that were still grossly dirty inside the car, and didn't notice he had not wiped the inside of the doors of the car and they kept my front floor mats. I was hoping they had improved. Very sorry I tipped the guy. When there is a next time, I'll take it to Waynesville and then I can go shopping afterwards!

My first and last trip..

.I wasted 38 dollars...

Used to like this place. But now, all the nice little touches that came standard are extra. Today, they charged me extra for dog hair, even though boo dog had been in he car since my last visit, when I was not charged extra. And they did a sloppy job. There was a young man in charge there instead of the usual owner... That's how to alienate loyal customers.

not sure when car wash is open recording leaves you not knowing. .word of mouth is good about wash job
