I paid for a "Full Service Oil Change" this afternoon and was sorely disappointed. My truck has a power steering fluid leak, and while I usually refill it myself weekly, I've been lazy lately and going into this oil change I knew from the noises it was making that it was desperately low. After my oil change, I noticed that my invoice stated that the power steering fluid had been full when they checked it. Just to be sure, I asked the mechanic who was taking my money if they had checked the power steering fluid. He looked me in the eye and said, "Yea, we checked it, it was fine." The truck still sounded awful on the way home, so I checked it myself; even with the engine hot, the fluid level was far too low to even reach it with the dipstick. By actually standing on my front bumper and looking down into the reservoir, I could see that there was still a tiny amount of fluid in the very bottom.



At this point I began looking at all the items on the invoice and found that my radiator fluid reservoir was COMPLETELY EMPTY. Windshield definitely didn't get washed, and nobody mentioned the license plate light that was dangling under the bumper by its wires. Who knows if any of the other stuff on their full service checklist was actually done.



Bottom line: these people can't be trusted.

Tuesday December 30, 2008 Just returned from having my oil changed at your place of business, what an experience. Went down early so I wouldnt have to wait to long, boy was I wrong. When I got there was only 1 car in the stall so I was directed to the other stall. They pulled it in and that is were it sat for at least 15minutes before they started servicing it. You had 5 or 6 employees there but no one anxious to get started. once they did they had no oil filters to fit my car. They had to send out to get one. When they finally finished I asked if they lubricated the ball joints and they said no the grease gun didnt work. Is this anyway to run a business. The bill didnt change because of the lousy service. I have always had all three of my cars serviced there but that ended today.
