Worst body shop in town. Not too long ago I left a bad review because my car was at the shop for 3 and half months however 4 months later I pick up my car drove it for a week and couldn't help but notice the bad work they've Done. Differential leaking oil alignment not done correctly and the paint job was awful you can see the flaws in the paint job. Took my car back and I complain to the manager ( Eric) of course this guy is so unprofessional Rude with an attitude. He promised me a loaner car which I never got I'd call him and leave him voicemails but never returned any of my calls no hospitality no good customer service whatsoever. People might think I'm exaggerating but the truth I'm not. My insurance paid this shop a total of $40000 and still going up. Corporate will see reviews but they never put the effort into calling you to apologize or see what's going or offer you any kind of help. Way to go yark corp keep up the bad work. I strongly advice people whom might consider this shop for body or mechanic Work not to take their cars to them the name might be big but the actual picture says otherwise. I was stupid enough to listen to my Insurance claim adjuster when he recommended Yark body shop to fix my car unfortunately my insurance or yours will work with yark body shop against you. And they will do their best to get over on you. I hope after this review someone higher up in Mangament at yark body shop will contact me if they do I'll comment on here would what they offer but I'm sure that they wont since they're so great at bad customer service. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE SHOP AROUND TOLEDO HAS A LOTS OF SMALL BUSINESS BODY SHOPS WHO WILL GIVE YOU What you deserve as a customer and your money worth of good customer service
