Right At Home took the worry about the care we were getting for our dad. He was in a assisted living facility and he had several falls. Now he is home with a wonderful aid that loves him and makes sure all of his needs are met. We could not be happier with the services they provide. His favorite thing to do is go out to eat every Tuesday. His aid transports him and they have the best time. I would recommend them to anyone!

My mother is a very independent woman and her illness has left her with an inability to care for herself properly. My siblings do not live in Ohio and we met to discuss the options and had initially decided to place her in a nursing facility. When speaking with our mother, it was clear that she wanted to remain in her home. My siblings who rarely see her outvoted us to keep her in her own home until we came across Trina and Right at Home, Sylvania. She came to our home, met our mother and answered all of our questions with care and compassion. She never pushed us to sign with her company and truly only cared about how my mother felt and made her feel as if she had a voice in the situation. She brought many different caregivers to meet my mother and to see who might be the best match with her personality. They all were kind and gracious. After meeting with her staff, my siblings and I decided to give it a try and if we needed to, revisit a nursing facility. So far so good! My mother celebrated her 90th birthday and her morning caregiver brought her a cake and balloons. To see my mother remain independent and engaged is an amazing gift.
