First financed car and it’s was a great experience. Always professional with a side of casual. My engine blew up about 3 months in and it cost quite a bit to get it repaired and I was jobless for half a month. They always understood if I could only give them $90, $50, or even $20, and sometimes was just flat out late. They understood that life happens. I spoke mostly to Andrew for my payments since I never got a card on file, and he was friendly every single time, always having conversations of good nature instead of being a robot. Craig was very friendly as well, and Brenda, on the seldom times I talked with them. I managed to get $100 taken off my payment for referring someone, I got the $100 off and my friend got a car that is doing great as well. When I get in the market of another car I’m definitely giving them a call. Thanks guys!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FINANCING THROUGH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They are completely unprofessional with handling any problems or issues you may have especially with what you're paying the company in interest, it's ridiculous!! I have been with them for 7.5 months to build my credit to refinance. I have had issues from receiving receipts all the way to having my car dis activated despite an I time payment. They have pass time devices on the vehicles and don't have good communication with passtime!!! I spoke with BRENDA and CEO STEVE who both were unprofessional and we're talking about me in the background while I was sitting there on the phone. I REPEAT, save yourself the hassle and DONT FINANCE THROUGH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!
