DO NOT do laser here!! I've done various different laser treatments over the years on different parts of my body and had amazing results. When I saw the deal at unique I decided to meet with Anthony who is the doctor who overseas the laser and purchased treatments. After the first session I knew this laser was different (not in a good way) then lasers I used in the past- it was much much more painful and I saw no results. I was in frequent contact with Anthony throughout my six session explaining no results and barley any "patchiness" was seen. He assured me to keep going and he will ensure im happy at the end. Well fast forward six treatments were done with a lot of pain since I was on one of the highest settings as he said to keep going up to get better results and no results at all. I again called him when he asked me to come in. He was not their for the appointment he made with me, but had one of the technicians look who took pictures of my leg who was like wow nothing. After severa phone calls to Anthony he called me back and left a message saying he looked at the pictures and saw the lack their of any hair reduction. When I called him back he attempted to say it was me, but why would other lasers work from other spas and not theirs? He had no answer but to offer me to purchase more sessions. Why would I purchase more sessions for something that didn't work and was extremely painful! I was basically in tears about how much money, time, and pain I spent on this place. If they really had confidence in their work they would have offered some sort of refund. I feel like I was scammed. Please do not waste your money here!!!

Services were NOT provided as purchased nor as advertised. The customer service was HORRIBLE staff yelled at me more than once, but more important the services purchased WERE NOT DELIVERED. My "spa" pedicure was 15 minutes with NO spa services, manicure is disgusting rough to the touch and sub par. This place is horrible despicable dirty and staff is NASTY. Service was not delivered and they had bad behavior. I have never had such a bad experience with any merchant EVER. This was the very worst experience with false advertisement.
