I needed to have my ducts cleaned when selling my house and Integrity was awesome. This is a family-owned business and it feels like it when talking with Mark. He sent a note in the mail ahead of time to remind me and called when he was about an hour away. Prompt, professional, awesome.

They charged a $199 cleaning charge on top of their $49 groupon but didn't tell me that until they came out. I went ahead and paid it since they were here already and my ducts did need cleaning. I will not get them again, They left a black layer of dust over my whole house. We had to sweep and mop all our floors when they were done because our feet were black from walking across them. Also had to sweep out our cold air returns because they were dirtier than before they came and there were several handfuls of dirt left when we pulled out our filter.

Their claim "We are a small, family owned, business who still holds on to the core values of Honesty and INTEGRITY. We treat our customers like family and we value your friendship!" Which is not the impression I got about the company. My friend bought a groupon and when she called to schedule she was informed if what the package covered but that any other ducts would cost extra. When the man came to clean her air ducts he informed her that it was going to cost approximately $140 over and above the cost of the groupon. She told him she only wanted the services covered by her groupon purchase and he declined to do the service. When my friend called the company to complain that the extra cost was not discribed to her as mandatory, I listened while the woman, argued with her about the conversation they had while scheduling. My friend was being polite and tried to explain that they should probably reword the description of service included because there are other reviews where customers have been caught off guard by the same hidden fees. The woman said, "no there isn't, have a good day" and then hung up on my friend- who would be writing this review but felt there is no need since they clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. I, on the other hand, care very much and think that such "family owned businesses" need to be more conscious of the power of reviews and social media.
