The food is not bad, the service is not bad but the restaurant is so poorly managed that it almost ruins the whole experience. Waitresses work hard, but never have enough help. It ruins the experience of this once super fun tavern. Cannot stress how BAD the management is!!!

our party waited 1 1/2 hours for our food on a slow sunday afternoon. when we queationed the waitress about what was taking so long she recited her list of excuses. we asked for a manager and were told there is no manager. we finally got to speak to the bar manager who said 'if you dont like it, leave'. the owner arrived shortly after and when we told her the situation, she asked what we wanted her to do about it. ummm... care if your employees are upsetting your customers? the owner must not care about keeping business because we will never be back after how we were treated
