i went to Auto Zone today (11-18-14) at 5229 W Taft Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212)

and had the best experience. I needed new wiper blades for my Honda Fit. I just moved to North Syracuse, N.Y., from Florida. I needed better blades due to the snow and ice here. With the wind chill of 13 degrees and wind blowing 21 mph it was VERY cold outside. The gentleman who helped me, put the blades on my car and also at no charge, adjusted my arm blade, was so kind and did not complain at all. It was bitter cold and he went above and beyond the call of duty! The gentlemans name is Evan. I think he really needs to be commended for such outstanding service! I will refer friends to this Auto Zone and to Evan!! Everyone there was very nice and all helped in some way but Evan braved the elements and adjusted the arm also which was not an easy task. Great job Evan and staff there! You all need a raise!!!
