I've highly recommended CWG for years and we all find it creative, professional, and on the "cutting edge" and I've been visiting stylists for 50yrs in Syracuse, NYC, Charlotte, CA, OR, Paris, Milan, Rome and Florence. I love it and Char who keeps her staff well trained.

I went to the salon for the first time recently and I got a highlight. I have naturally dirty blonde hair and ask for blonder highlights. Everyone was socializing and really friendly! But my highlights were left in for way too long and I tried to get someone's attention, it ended up that someone had to go into the back to get the employee and remind them that my hair's highlights needed to be taken out and to hurry. The employee ran over in a fluster and washed out the highlights.. I ended up looking sort of like a skunk... the highlights truly are not at all what I ask for. My hair is now has the natural dirty blonde hair color and now highlighter yellow streaks. I really don't like giving this place bad review. As soon as you walk in you a greeted by kind-hearted people and the place smells so great. You are able to have a true and honest conversation with the hairdresser. I really loved this place, it was just a bad experience for my hair. I might go get toner or a dye kit to try to fix it! But I will always recommend to friends and family!

Cw gorgeous sucks. Their stylist are two faced school girls with very little professionalism. Don't waste your money!
