It took me 3 months to get an appointment for my son who is 6 and needs a New script for school I called @ 915 to confirm my appointment where I was on hold for 15 mins my appointment was at 10 they said that everything was fine I showed up at 950 at 1050 after watching 3 families show up later then me and walk right into there app I got a little upset and when I walked up to the receptionist and asked her when I might get in she said there were still two people ahead of us I had been there an hour and still nothing needless to say I walked out and now have to find another doctor I know people have a bad day but common you keep us there for an hour with nothing to do at least have toys or something if your a children's doctor worst experience in a very long time I hope every eye doctor isn't this bad
