Provided by YP.comHave to give these guys a crap review. I have an electric furnace blowing cold air. I called Cooney as they are the original installer of my furnace.
The technician that showed up claimed there was nothing wrong with my furnace. Technician also claimed that my furnace was a bit small for my three bedroom ranch, although it has been working fine for years.
Miraculously when he put the unit back together it was blowing warm air again, so I paid the service fee just happy to have it blowing warm air when its winter.
It blew nice warm air for roughly two weeks and is now back to blowing cold again.
I called Cooney again, and they just don't want to stand by their work and want to charge me full price including overtime due to it being weekend.
I mean all they had to do was throw me a bone and offer some sort of discount figuring I already paid them $200+ for two hours of work the last time they were here.

Provided by YP.comHorrible experience with a simple boiler repair. We were quoted between $300 and $500 for repair of our boiler. Then we got a bill...$954.00 At no point did the technician ask or tell us that we were going to be at all over his initial quote.
We also had Cooney give us a quote for replacing the boiler. Their quote was far more expensive than the other 2 well known companies that provided estimates for us.
We filed a Better Business Bureau compliant, in which one of the owners of Cooney came back with all lies. He said we were quoted between $500 and $700, which is not true. He also said that we had never done any previous maintenance on the boiler, which is not true. It has been cleaned/serviced every year.
Supposedly I had verbally authorized overtime rate during a recorded conversation, however Cooney is unable to produce a copy of this recording so obviously another lie.
Don't recommend them to your worst enemy!
