Provided by SuperpagesI explained my bathtub drain was clogged & I wanted the old galvanized pipe replaced. (I want the pipe replaced as all the corrosion is going to lead to the pipe clogging again, so I figure fix the the problem correctly the 1st time) The owner of the company said not a problem to take care of it and would come out that afternoon. I made arrangements for my neighbor to let him in as I had to be at work. Well when my neighbor asked the "plumber" (the owner) about the pipes (I had told her what I wanted done) he told they were not a problem, he doesn't need to do that. He went upstairs and unclogged the drain with a snake. When I called after 10+ hrs of work & asked why he didn't replace the pipes, his response was he didn't do plumbing only drains. That is dishonest service! A no time did he tell me he could not replace the pipes, he charged me $135 to snake the drain. They say they are 24/hr yet even though I called that weekend, he did not return my call until Monday morning!
