I'm a college student and used them to store my stuff over the summer. Not only were the boxes damaged when I got them back but over $500 worth of brand name clothing was stolen along with my friends $70 router which I was storing for him. 0/10 would not recommend. They also have horrible customer service. I sent in a complaint 1 month ago, I got an email saying that the complaint was being moved to the boston office, and then nothing. Never again. Think twice before using. Read the other reviews. Clearly this is not a one time incident.

Too good to be true. It was good while it lasted!



I used them for 6 months and they lost my laundry. I was home the day I was suppose to receive my lazybones laundry and they "claim" they have records that they delivered it. It also happened to be the first time we sent my boyfriend's laundry which has a lot of workout tees he loved! They were unprofessional/rude on the phone and made no attempt to work with the customer.
