I was stranded with two tires flat and the person who gave an attitude left me in the dust. He asked me to call back my insurance for to cover towing when it was my insurance company that paid for the transaction. He should be fired and doesn't know how to treat a person in the need of help.

My daughter called me (in California) to tell me that her car had broken down in Syracuse NY. She asked me to call a tow company and I chose Pascarella's off the internet. The office handled my call very efficiently and dispatched a truck to the sight. The driver assessed the situation and told my daughter that they had sent a truck that was "more equipped" than it needed to be, so he called for the appropriate truck that arrived shortly saving my daughter money. When she got home the car was there and mounted on cinder blocks ready to be repaired. Now I would call that "5 Star Service"

A grateful dad

One night last month, i recieved a frantic call from my wife who was stuck on the highway on her way home. I was unable to help because i was out of town at the time. I ask if she had her cell phone with her, she did, i told her to look up towing services, she found Pacarella's Towing and call them. I recieved a phone call from her 15 minutes later and they were already. You dont realize how comforting it felt to know she was safe, and on her way town. Thanks again Pascarella's for taking care of my wifes car and my piece of mind
