My family and I dined at the North Syracuse restaurant. It was supposed to be my birthday meal. Food was ok not great but ok. Service on the other hand was not. Our waitress took plates off the table while my husband took our two boys to the restroom. Then there was another waitress complaining quite loudly and swearing so other customers in the restaurant could hear. The same waitress was then complaining quite loudly about kids calling in with the cashier. Overall not really a good birthday dinner for me and as for my family and I we will never go back to that ponderosa again.
