I have seen Ruth since Jan. 2010 for Bipolar Disorder. I struggle with severe depression and trust issues. She has helped me deal with my depression and trust issues with her patience and caring compassion. She listens, develops a plan with your involvement and takes the time to explain things as you progress through therapy. And as a bonus, if you are a dog lover, she has a very sweet therapy dog that can be present during your sessions if you so wish. The dog's presence has been a wonderful comfort for me during my therapy sessions.
