I have been to this hospital a number of times. The first time I came I fell on my neck and shoulder not only did my intake nurse tap me on that same shoulder. I sat in a wheel chair for 3 hours with a neck brace on. In extreme pain and uncomforable. This last time my husband was in a car accident had a serve headache chest pain and could not open up his eye. Not only did we sit in the waiting for for 2 1/2 when he finally was brought in to a room we sat in the room for 2 hrs before anybody came to see him. They had no clue about any of his injuries. Just focusing on the minor ones. I believed he had a concussion and was shivering and ask 2 nurses and 1 doctor over that 2 hour period for a blanket. And thy whole time he was there he never got a blanket
