Is it possible to give negative stars? ---Overall extremely disappointed. The girl sold me a horrible low-quality vape, claiming it was just as good as a mod with temp control; I can't even use it because it is broken / doesn't work. Went back to the store 5 times in the past week, expressing my disappointment and asking them to fix the brand-new vape... the manager didn't even know how to fix it, yet refused to give me a refund on the defective product. HORRIBLE customer service, so unprofessional, the customer satisfaction is their lowest priority there. Will never be going back to this store ever again.
