I received fax papers today, by mistake, stating that a family that stayed there are suing this hotel for the family having gotten bed bugs. Looking at the ER reports they had it pretty bad.

This is worse then a roach motel (which yes you will see some roaches around). If you leave some garbage in the can or use the shower you get told you left the room too dirty. Customer service... Forget it won't happen. Smoke detectors in rooms don't work. Sinks leak. If you don't HAVE to stay here then DON'T.
