I would not recommend this business to anyone. My Daughters vehicle stereo was stolen while on Syracuse Frame propery in his highly secured lot that is virtually impossible to break into. My daught and her Mom left the vehicle there locked and when they came back the next day Mr. Fitch (the owner) had it in his highly secured lot unlocked and when my daughter opened the vehicle she noticed her car stereo and cd player were missing from the dashboard. Mr. Fitch said he didn't know how that could of happened because 1 of his employees parked the vehicle in the lot just moments before my daughter came to pick up he vehicle and the fence was locked. I spoke with Mr. Fitch on 3 times by phone and he agreed to me that it was his companies negligence and that he would buy my daughter a new stere system because of this. I recorded all 3 phone conversations; which is legal in NY state because I was a party in said conversations. He has now refused to buy my daughter the stereo like he said.
