Marshall Street (@ Funk-N-Waffles) Sunday 6PM In 1991 John and Gwen Elmer felt called by God to move back to Syracuse to start a Vineyard church. They wanted to develop a church that had a "come as you are and be loved" atmosphere. The church started with a small group of six meeting in the Elmer's living room. In February 1992 they had their first public service in a rented space at a local church. In 1995 the church rented its own space over a pizzeria in the village of Camillus. 1999 brought about a big change with the purchase of our own building in Lakeland near the New York State Fairgrounds. In this building the church has prospered and grown from one service to four per weekend. We have opened a site in Auburn, Cicero and on Marshall Street near Syracuse University to better serve Central New York.

I absolutely LOVE this church! We drive in from Morrisville because we so love this community. Not only is "Come as you are and be loved" their slogan, but they truly live it out! Everyone is welcomed and loved.

Comfortable!

I am a local college student who started attending the Vineyard recently and honestly never felt so comfortable! Everyone was very friendly and the paster kept the experience enjoyable with his great sense of humor! I can't wait until next Sunday!

Services/Products
Our weekend services offer upbeat, contemporary music and a practical, relevant message in a casual atmosphere. We provide ministry for children, teens, men and women. Small groups meet weekly for Bible study and fun! Parenting classes, marriage classes, financial management classes and other practical courses are offered throughout the year. Our food pantry ministry is available to the community. Get Involved: We believe that following Jesus is not a spectator sport! We are all invited to get into the game and enjoy the excitement of making a difference as part of an active community. Ministries: God has given everyone natural talents, spiritual gifts and heart passions. As a church we want to help everyone find their unique combination of these and how they can use that to serve others and honor Jesus. Serving is more fun and life giving when we nail it. To help with that we offer a three-week Discovery Class to allow you to discover the unique way God made you. Below are a number of different serving opportunities.
