My 71yr old mother was asked to leave because she supposedly missed an appointment (scheduled on a day that she has had a conflicting standing appointment for months) . Also, she wanted her bangs kept instead of cut (got cut anyhow EVERY TIME) and a color different than what she received. NEVER have I heard of a salon not catering to a customer. I guess we just have to be satisfied with what we get and just shut the hell up.

I am making it my mission to let anybody and everybody know just how they do business and treat little old ladies.

Shame on them. I hope to see the offending hair dresser Dorothy Nappi called on the carpet for this
